Mikaela Pauline Shiffrin, the youngest slalom champion in Olympic alpine skiing history is the recipient of a 2-time Olympics gold medal and 4-time overall World Cup Champion. Furthermore, she won the World Championships 4 times in slalom, while receiving the World Cup discipline title 6-times in the event.
Born in a family of ski racers, Mikaela without a doubt grew up loving the sport and becoming a core part of the process. Her mother Eileen and her father Jeff grew up to be her role models. Alpine skier Mikaela Shiffrin has been dating Aleksander Aamodt Kilde and is often referred to as the “power couple” of the skiing world. Kilde the former football player and Norwegian World Cup alpine skier met Mikaela 6-7 years ago.
