Fun ways to spend your weekend in the Treasure Valley
BOISE, Idaho (CBS 2) — Ice skating at The Village at Meridian starts Saturday to kick off the holiday season. The rink will be open until January 26th, weather permitting. Hours do vary, so be sure to check the schedule before you head out.
Santa is coming early Saturday at Cabela's in Boise. Starting at 5 p.m. you can enjoy crafts, hot chocolate, pictures with Santa and a tree lighting. The event marks the official unveiling of Santa's Wonderland at Cabela's.
You can do some shopping Saturday at the Capital City Public Market, but a reminder, the times and location have changed. It now goes from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Grove Plaza. The market will be available every Saturday until the end of December.
Christmas is coming to Kleiner Park. Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. you can enjoy a variety of vendors, crafts, food trucks, music, games and more with your family.
